Shadow AI Forensics provides forensic AI risk audits, AI governance consulting, and digital compliance resources (collectively, "Services") to regulated organisations. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products purchased from Shadow AI Forensics (including policy templates, assessment frameworks, and reference documents) are licensed, not sold. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, adapt, and deploy the purchased materials within your own organisation.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish these materials as your own commercial offering. The underlying templates and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Shadow AI Forensics.
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at adil@shadowaiforensics.com and we will resolve it immediately.
Forensic audit and consulting engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work executed prior to commencement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
Shadow AI Forensics is a technical consultancy. Our audits, reports, templates, and frameworks identify technical and operational risk — they do not constitute legal advice. For regulatory interpretation under HIPAA, SOX, the EU AI Act, or any other legal framework, consult qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow AI Forensics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or digital products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
