Because digital products (policy templates, assessment frameworks, and reference documents) are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered.
Exception: If you purchase a digital product and the files are corrupted, incomplete, or fail to deliver within 24 hours of payment, contact us immediately at adil@shadowaiforensics.com. We will re-deliver the correct files or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Forensic audit and consulting engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement. Cancellation terms are specified in that agreement and take precedence over this policy.
As a general principle: engagements cancelled before any forensic work has commenced are eligible for a full refund of any retainer paid. Once work has begun — including evidence collection, system access, or report drafting — no refund is issued for work already performed.
Email adil@shadowaiforensics.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund enquiries within one business day. Where a refund is applicable, it is processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
